where are going the vacuum's tube??

Post by Christophe_343 » 30 May 2010 05:34 pm

Hello all!

I have a problem with my 340 . I would like to regulate the mix and the idle speed...but some of my vacuum plug are note connected. I have a b14 4s motor from a 1894's GL. A swiss edition.

I have those commands:
-EGR vacuum command ( return of the exaust gaz in the admission).
-Pulsair vacuum command ( which give some 02 to combust C0 and NOx next exaust valves).Pulsair is correct plug in the air box, it's just the command
-intern tubes in the carbu wich is not plug in.
-vacuum to change the ignition's timing.
-from the oil vapor (like a command too)

I have thoses plug:
-On the reheat flange
-back from the carb (I think it's for ignition).

I have study the book, but I haven't find how to fix the tube sm1
I will put some pics in the futur. 340pw

yeah pics are definatly helpfull with the EGR/pulsair shit :P
what carb is on the .4S, a 32 DIR 105 or 110? or... something else? i think that the wrong carb may be on that engine, since you didn't notice the decelleration mechanism

can you post an extra pic up with the side of the carb where the regulator screws are located? and a few others offcourse :D

Yes yes, no problem. I will take pics this week. I haven't the car here. I revised my carb, and now it's beautiful for pics
I haven't think it could be the wrong carb. I think it's a 105.
