360 diff dimensions

Post by miniswift » 23 Jul 2011 11:00 pm

Hi Peeps,

I would like to know general size of 360 Diff.
Does anyone have one out somewhere?
I haven't got spare one and I would like to find out if I can get any other car's diff to fit in 360 gearbox.
Any info will be very much appriciated.

Cheers
Atchi

Hi,

Thanks to Mac, I got info I needed.
I'm hoping to make Phantom Grip LSD copy for this gearbox in the future.
If anyone is interested, let me know.
I have made one for Suzuki Swift and I will be starting to design one soon.
Rather than welding diff, I'm hoping this system will be effective for NA power.
My setup I made for Suzuki is working with 230Bhp+ power so it should work.

Cheers

Interesting read... wonder what it drives like. Quaife vs clutch seem to behave very differently, I imagine this would be the same again!

Interesting...let us know how you get on! The lack of readily available LSDs is a major thorn in our side!

Hi,

I will design and get one made soon.
Does any of you be a volunteer and fit them as a trial?
I will need a spare diff.. complete. Then I will mod them a little to fit those PG LSD copy.

Cheers

If I had a spare diff, I'd donate it...but I don't think I have. I'll have a look...
