Have you’ll have come across problem like this
The problem started after I fixed a used carb (Weber 32DIR carb is ok) when I rev the engine it was fine 10 min after that I heard a noise from the engine, I did removed 1st spark plug it was damage and after that the engine start to shoots oil from the oil dip stick (pushing the dip stick out)
When I remove the oil lid on the tappet cover (after revving the engine)it shoots oil in to the air (all over engine)
Any ideas?

Did you drop anything down the inlet manifold when the carb was off, maybe a screw or nut? If not then it could be a broken oil ring or valve or worse could be a blown rod or piston. I would take the head off to investigate what has damaged the plug as it sounds like something may have hit it in the cylinder bore which will also damage the bore itself and the piston.

yup if the spark plug is damaged then something has made its way into the combustion chamber.

You stand in the road taking the head off your B14 with Pettaw on New Years Day (from memory?? might have been just after) so that you can limp it back to Southampton to start doing the uni coursework you havn't started yet that needs to be handed in tomorrow.
Then drop a B18FT in to replace the broken B14 and lay the car up for 6 years.

Blimey, that's a fair old hole!
If you need any replacement bits for the engine, give me a shout, I've still got my old one that I removed from mine when doing the valver conversion. 53K miles, ran really well.

If I was you i'd drain the oil and take the sump off to make sure no bits of the piston or whatever caused the damage that may have gone through the hole in the piston are in there that could cause damage to the crankshaft and bearings below, you would have serious problems if it does.
