Hi again!
I´m a proud owner of a 1984 automatic 340 Volvo and (as my 1º car) need
some info about somme functionalities like the button near the
automatic transmission.
Also I have small problems with the starter motor
Also need to fin the owners Manual if possible I've tried the web but
no success.
Any help?

button is low gear hold afaik, basically it stops the car going into a higher 'gear' - shouldnt be used for accellerating (use kickdown for that) - use it for engine braking down a hill.

Damn...I really ought to try a Vario...is sounds like fun!!

i am glad they did not made any such ones with Volvo engines...

Yeah kick down is fun and it's very comfortable for driving downtown... On the motorways, a manual gearbox with the B200 is of course better...
