You may have seen before i had a thread about temporary B14 mods until i get round to dropping in my renault 5 turbo b14.
Well as i need a new clucth (30k miles from new, all seem to have been riding the clucth!)...and the need to convert to 5-speed. I've been toying with the idea of converting to 360 running gear. engine/box/etc ...Although i believe the 360 carb isn't very powerful (around 100bhp).
So in likelyhood am i better to drop in a 360 lump or just try and convert my B14 to run twin carbs, Say some off of a smaller engined bike (600cc ish)...I can make a custom manifold at work so mounting them won't be a problem but its setting up the little bits (new pump, throttle linkages etc) that i'm not 110% sure about. Anythoughts on this? and does anyone have a complete 360 running gear setup for sale?
Other than twin carbs, what else could i realistically do to my B14, I could uprate plugs and leads, decent exhaust (what do people recommened). But what else is possible? anybody supercharged one?

Re: Ideas
If you go to 360 running gear your best off ripping the 2.3 turbo out of a 940 and sticking that in the front you wont be complaining about lack of power for a longgggg time
