Those are NLA unofortunately, unless you can find some old stock from somewhere.

Mine were knackered also so I had to get a bit creative. Some pics of my solution at this thread. I used universal industrial bell-mounts combined with some home made parts and part of the original mount.

Hello, I sent one of mine to the person whose name I forget in Anglesey (the silicon bush specialist) to use as a template for new ones or something. Perhaps we should give him a gentle reminder....

Well I've tried welding and it seems to be impossible. I left it with a 'professional' and he said it was 'not Aluminium' after trying to weld it, however I suspect he does not know about the different alloys. I also tried it at home and got an ashy round bead, with flashing/flickering around the surrounding metal immediately after stopping. It just would not flow.

Apparently Copper or Zinc Aluminium alloys are not weldable, would be nice to get it confirmed. Anyone have any resources to check the alloy? I'll check the markings but I don't think its marked. I might try and get it XRF tested.

Fundamentally looks like its a fabrication job. I'm thinking 2-4 steel plates welded. Does anyone think the dome is essential, it may capture the bush if it fails, or stop too much movement in all directions, a bridge or tube might be easier to make.

Should I go for a standard bush?

Also as a final thought, the domes and bolt holes crack/hole at the 'join', but the domes do not support the bushes directly, they will add strength to the main bracket. Has anyone ever had one break?

I have a spare hanger bar or two that are still attached to diffs if someone wants to buy a pair, provided they on good condition.

I think Dai (Classic Swede) may be working on this problem or is likely to be looking into it in the near future.

Yes I have been back onto these. I did have a look a long time ago and there were a number of issues to overcome. I still have the one bog sent me and will be doing something asap with them

Do you still have these Logan? One of mine has snapped and I am off the road.

What side do you need?

It is the passenger side bgut I think it is caused by the drivers side seperating. My theory is that it has been twisting up on the drivers side and that's what caused the knock and then this. Might need more parts yet, the halfshaft tore out of the diff output shaft, 1 bolt snapped, I reckon the rest have pulled the threads out. I won't get to look properly till the morning but I think I'm going to need a new output flange for the diff. Will know more tomorrow.
Cheers.
