Does anyone know where to get new prop clamp bolts or what thread size etc they are ?

The volvo p/n of the bolts you're after is 3293921.
Mac has these in stock as well as Born Built Beauties who stock it as 3293921-C (

Also any decent bolt shop can supply you with high grade (10.9 or higher) allen head bolts with suitable length. Just make sure to change both as the ones which bolt shop sell are usually 1 or 2mm longer, so it might cause imbalance if only one is changed.
