Hi, I love volvos, and for my next one, I'm thinking a 360...... and I have an old project motor, an aq171c, would it fit? would the transaxle handle it? and how does this suspension work in the car? http://www.classicswede.co.uk/Rear_adju ... 89819.aspx
(I'm new to this forum, so I'm not sure how to make the search option work in a reasonable way)

The 171 so that would be 2.5 and 16valve. There is enough room to fit the 16 valve head and the block is teh same.
The deampers you have linked to offer adjustable damping and the spring height can be adjusted. They are intended as a way of overcoming the soft springs fitted to the 300 series. They will not lower the car, you will still need to fit a lowering block kit to do that.
