I read that:
1. Turn idle up nice and high (1500-2000rpm~)
2. adjust mixture to get highest possible rpm.
3. adjust idle back down as desired
4. if idle wont go low enough- turn mixture screw inwards as little as possible
But firs of all I can't get to 1500-2000rpm by unscrewing idle screw. What could couse that? Also is it should be like idle screw don't pulls out? I unscrew idle screw all the way and mixture screw pulled out and it shows something just above 1000rpm. Wtf?

Re: setting mixture
I found some cracked hoses:

Also this hose has open nipple. What shoud be connected to that nipple because there is no loose hose:

This hose comes from breather on the block if I'm correct:

Re: setting mixture
My suggestion.....
Change all the hoses first before attempting any further adjustments. It sounds as if an air leakage problem is causing your first problem.

It is almost impossible to get parts for 360, but I will try to fix my hoses and see what is happening. And what abou that nipple? Where it should be coneccted to?

Re: setting mixture
The hard plastic peice goes into the breather/flame trap. The small bore pipe goes to the inlet manifold.
Make sure the flap trap is clean.

Re: setting mixture
Where I could find that flap trap? Is it that plastic box on the block? And what exactly there should be clean because that plastic box itself is covered with oil/dust.

Re: setting mixture
The flame trap stops any backfire for getting to teh engine oil.
Inside the bit on the engine block there will be eitehr a metal wire filter or a plastic one with lots of round holes. They block up and stop the engine from breathing. Give it all a good clean up while it is apart

Re: setting mixture
Thank you a lot guys. I would try all things you mentioned. It seems that I need to create my cars thread.
