I thought F7Rs were easy to find??

B14, B172, B19/200, D16 engine, ignition, cooling, fuel & exhaust system, gearbox, variomatic, final drive... | Tuning: engine swaps, welded diff, clutch upgrades...

I thought F7Rs were easy to find??

Im after an F7R engine, but im having no luck, i thought they were quite common? am i looking in the wrong places?

any ideas where to get one?

F7Rs from the Megane are more common (there's one on ebay now), however, it needs sump/subframe fabrication to fit the 300. You'll almost certainly get the best deal if you buy a scrap car with an engine in it. Megane F7Rs and Clio/R19 F7P are more likely to be sold without mention of the engine number or that there is anything particularly special about it, you're unlikely to find a Williams where people don't realise the value of the parts though.

Not all of them bud, mine is a megane one. D700 (Williams) and D710 (Megane) are fine, not sure about others.
