Will a BMW MAF work for a B200E engine

Post by kelvingenders » 15 Jul 2013 11:15 pm

Just looking at sourcing a new MAF for the B200E. I have noticed and read before that BMW E30 model ran the same MAF. Is this true and would this be a suitable swap. What issue might this cause?

Any ideas or experience

I have also read on here that a BMW air flow meter had been successfully used. It will probably take some searching to find the post.

It would be interesting to see some technical data for the various bosch airflow meters to see what would be close enough to work.
