Thats the head part number, the engine type is on the front plastic timing belt cover, but the label sometimes comes off.
Does it have a choke? Ie a knob you have to pull beside the steering wheel, to get the engine running properly when it is cold? If not then its injection, B200E
I would check the throttle is closing properly first, the big round thing that the accelerator cable is attached to. Pop off the linkage arm to let it close freely without interference from a sticky cable.

That jogs my memory of a B230A in a 240 DL estate I had once-upon-a-time.Ride_on wrote:Thats the head part number, the engine type is on the front plastic timing belt cover, but the label sometimes comes off.
