Hey guys I need to know if there's any way of making the B200E flywheel run the LH2.4? Like filling up the holes with weld lathing it down and redrilling? And balancing?

you`d need to fill with steel, maybe thread it and lathe flat, then balance, but I thought the number of holes would be different and the mgt might need those holes to be correctly spaced to work the crank angle out.

An easier approach might be to make/buy your own wheel and put it on the crank pulley, or even drill the crank pulley and arrange a pickup near that.

You could also consider using a renix unit, or even old fashioned points or some distrbutor pickup. the lh2.4 is fuel mgt, and works with a EZK unit for ignition. The LH2.4 provides a load signal instead of the vacumm sensor on the Renix.

Finally you good go megasquirt or some other programmable ignition and use any pattern.

Would be cheaper to import 5 flywheels than using megasquirt.

Modifing the b200e flywheel to a lh2.4 flywheel is a lot of work, I would consider other options! Is it really hard to get a volvo 240 lh2.4 flywheel? Then I would look for a 60-2 triggerwheel.

I'm going B200FT/ET not really sure which, but finding a turbo Volvo manual let alone an older one is dam near impossible over here. Hence wanting to modify the 360 flywheel. I have the 2L turbo 940 ecu and loom, if that helps. What car could I pull a flywheel from?

Almost any manual 700/900 without a dual mass flywheel, with Bosch computer ignition.. I think.

seem to remember it needs to be a m45/m47 box not the M90, Not entirely sure but something to look into

a trigger wheel mounted to the crank pulley could be a solution and would be far easier/cheaper than trying to get a 360 changed

Do you want me to try contacting the guy I got the loom from? He said he will have it for a few more months and it's finally sunny so won't be freezing in the snow this time.

Yea I still need the flywheel regardless, and those relays behind the dash, and injectors.
