Struck me today that GLTs are pretty rare now and much sought after so I was wondering if its relatively straightforward to GLT-ify a 360 GLE in the mechanical dept without doing an engine swap and I'm not worried about the spoiler or the badge... might be a hinteresting project when my 1.7 is reliable enough to use everyday?? I'll dream on.

Yes I planned to do this, and have most of the parts, but decided to go for the full B230FT instead.
The less obvious GLT parts are;
-The exhaust shield that you mount the pump on, with intermedite plate and same rubber mounts the B200K air filter is on.
-The fuel tank (unless you use an in-tank pump or lift pump on the carb tank)
-Rear springs
-Fog lights
-Aux fuse box (redesign this its the GLTs weak spot)

Ah, so its a tank and springs job!! Harder than I thought it might be. Are the GLT springs really different from the GLE?? I can believe it!! Maybe I'll stick with the good old GLE.
