B200 engine assembly

Post by alf » 21 Oct 2014 12:57 pm

Guys, tonight I`m planning to close up my engine b200 but I have a few questions:

- head bolts, should they to be oiled, and the holes in the block spotless clean ? I think so
- big end bearing on the pistons- the same should I gave some oil on the treads? what is the torque Nm required?
- head bolts, I shall tighten them on 20,60,quarter turn
Many thanks.

I alomost forgot something : - before I drop the head over the block, no1 piston (first form timing) should be up at TDC, and both valves from the first combustion chamber (first from the timing) should be closed?
