Hello guys, just wanted to ask you. I have B18FT engine and I was looking for volvo 340, but one seller offered me 360 in good price, and does B18ft engine bolts in volvo 360 like in 340 or is it some diferences? And is it worth doing such modification to volvo 360 because both of these engines have the same power, but with B18FT I could make bigger boost, so I could make about 100kw.

With a 340 it is worth the effort, with a 360 it isn'isn't. They have the same power stock, boost the 360 and you have 150kw. Sell the engine an get the 360

But just for curiosity, or maybe if someday the stock 360 engine would blow up, would it fit B18ft?

B18ft won't fit a 360 bell housing, just get the 360 as they can have the bigger 2.3 turbo fitted and have the stronger drive line compared to a 340 and better brakes etc as standard.

The more obvious answer is that the 360 engine will never blow up, unless you modify it badly. Its a Volvo engine, the B18ft is Renault design. 340 uses Renault engines, 360 uses Volvo engines.
