New user clutch shagged volvo 340 1.4

Post by Drew V-340 » 08 Nov 2015 06:48 pm

Hi my names Drew and I'm new to this site, about 3 weeks ago I went out and bought my first volvo 340 gl the 1.4 version. The clutch was on its way out when I bought it but I have such a love for these cars so I bought it anyway. Anyway long story short the clutch went yesterday and I was just wondering what's the best clutch to drop into them ? I wanna get her skidding too ? Cheers ?!!?

You are going to need to run high PSI in the tyres with a 1.4 to get it drifting

... snow is especially good, too, and you don't need any special skills to get the car pointing the wrong way down the fast lane ;-0

You'll really want the diff welded too.
It's unpredictable and harder to break traction with the open diff.

Hi guys cheers yeah I know it's only a 1.4 but it's my first real project , I didn't fancy welding the diff because my brothers done it to his 3 series and grenadas pretty much all his drift cars and says it's not good if it's also your daily driver lol
