Hi, been looking into the 16v renault engine conversion into a 1.7 340 and have got it sussed, nearly!! But i wondered if you use the renault or the volvo clutch and pressure plate?? or are they the same??

use a volvo clutch kit and use all of it...

You can also use the Renault Flywheel, (its lighter than the volvo one) with the Renault Clutch cover and Volvo 1.7 clutch plate.
Thats how i run mine.
