What have people done with their coolant systems when fitting an f7p?

* Do you use the volvo rad or source another one?
* What Coolant Hoses do you use?
* Do you still keep the heater and if so how do you get coolant to this?
* Do you have to use neat coolant or an antifreeze and water mix?

Cheers for your help people, pictures would be helpful if you have any or just the info!! Im Going to pick up my new volvo 340 tomorrow and excited isnt the word! depends on what temperatures you have outdoors, if it freezes a lot you want a coolant that can withstand those temperatures. i personally never mix my coolant with water, i've always used Glycoshell coolant. they prescribe to add water but the full mix is thin enough (like normal water) so i don't iven bother about doing that. haven't met another coolant wich is off that quality and i'm not even bothering looking for one anymore.

if you do mix with water; make sure you use distilled water and nothing else!
