Volvo 343 doorstickers 1976, 1977, 1978, 1979

I have reproduced the reflecting informative stickers which are stuck on the closingside of the driversside door for the MY76, 77, 78 and 79.
You have probably seen them as they tell you the tyre pressure and oiltypes and quantities.
At night they warn all passing trafic by reflecting the light.
These usually go when the doors are resprayed or rusted beyond repair.

Those look great. What is required for the other samples? From memory the ones on my 89 and 91 cars are in very good condition, so might be worth looking to get information now for you rather than when the cars are 10 years older?

Granted, if it involves sending a door to Belgium that may be less possible, but if it's just a picture, that isn't difficult.

Thanks for going to the trouble to reproduce these. I'll have a look on my MY '80 car and see if there's any difference, and whether or not they're still there ...

I am glad you can appreciate these, it has taken a lot of persistance to get the quality right (the red ones are on 3M foil).
The decal also was a headache, trying to find a company that delivers quality and is willing to make a small run of a few dozen.

Basically I am happy to start with high resolution photo's but an actual sample is the best. The are very hard to pull of the car as the break easily. I usually try with a Stanly knife blade to cut behind them. Early bonnet stickers are even more difficult as they are printed on paper. I have various good samples know so the difference in text is what matters to me for 1980 and 1981. After 1981 these were printed on vinyl, makes it a lot easier to remove....

@ Chris C: From what I've gathered the doorstickers of your 89 and 91 should be identical. I am however still quite keen to get high resolution photo's of your stickers and those you have stuck in your bonnet (next to the vent opening) with all the E-markings as there are many different ones. Can you also tell me the VIN of the cars you've photographed (1) makes it easier to catalog the photo's in my archive and 2) gives me an idea when Volvo changes from 1 model to another.).

@Trabitom: Please send those pics and the VIN (see my comment to Chris C): 1980 is one great mystery to me, B19 and B14 are all different!
