Interested in price for:
Springs: what are they?
blocks..
rear axle (has it got good bearings?)..
F7P exhaust manifold / downpipe / everything from manifold to where it joins the 1.7 system...
Torque tube...
Welded diff..
Fuel system for the F7P.. Punp, swirl pot, etc.. Everything really.
Speedo cable if fitted with modification for the clio speed sensor.. Most things needed for an F7P conversion really on a 1.7, bar the engine itself.. thermostat housing from the F7P too, if it's the R19 one not the clio one..
There may be other things too... What shocks are they and price for them?
I live in manchester, have cash, and can collect available bits ASAP.
Thanks.. Jon.

It just dawned on me that you're running carbs so won't have the speed sensor or fuel pump etc that I need for injection..
Just out of curiosity, how much for the carbs and everything needed to fit them?
EDIT: ah, just seen that they're on Ebay.. sorry.
Thanks.

Nowhere to strip the car unfortunately, so the whole thing is no use I'm afraid.
Also realized that as you're running carbs the downpipe may not have the lambda sensor.. If it does then still interested in that, (to save the bother of welding/modifying my own). I could still do with the manifold and related fitting bits though, the little spring things, sealing ring, and bolts where the manifold joins downpipe. Block-manifold gasket would be handy too if it's good. Dam this car for running carbs and not being the gold mine of conveniently located injection conversion parts I first thought it might be:P
So still this stuff as well:
Rear axle (if good bearings)..
If you've got refilled front shocks and landy rears that would save me a bit of faffing about too...
Torque tube / driveshaft / whatever it is on a 340 - It's not really needed, just thought a spare would be useful just in case...
Thermostat + housing if it's the R19 one that points the right way to use the standard pipework...
My interest in the lowering blocks is minimal, I really only wanted 2" and they're £25 with bolts etc from dai... Same with the welded diff interest.. Just curious how it'd go with one. Oh and i'd have the interior light too, and the boot seal if good, and if you're chopping up the shell then I might take the lower drivers side windscreen corner..
Spoiler price out of curiosity too..

And also the bumper-wing plastic mounting thing.
EDIT: rear bumper... Drivers side if it matters.

The diff itself will, but you'll have to use the original 360 gearbox

My cars totally standard mechanically so has the original 360 gearbox. so the diff should be a straight swap then?SteveP wrote:The diff itself will, but you'll have to use the original 360 gearbox

if this one has a 4speed you're right, but if it allready has a 5 speed it is a direct fit!!!SteveP wrote:The diff itself will, but you'll have to use the original 360 gearbox
Re: 340 16V Drifter.. Now Breaking For Spares
Pretty sure the 340 breaking is a 5 speed, and all 360's in the UK were 5 speed
