hi guys, none of the transmission is available, the car is light blue, has lots of standard chrome, will check the clocks tomorrow, txt me if possible its easier

the clocks have a rev counter in with 70ish k on them, £15 + postage

I've just realised it's a Mk2, is the dash cluster the same as my Mk3 ?

Not necessarily, depends on the year. Changeover to VDO from Smiths was during Mk2, and early VDO clusters had a different colour filter strip for the top warning lights compared to later ones

I think mag's is the same as he has a late mk2

Early mk3s had the different colour strip....although it's nearly the same.

Smiths vs VDO is easy to determine - does the rev counter go up to 7k or 8k?
