hi all, my 340 is up for sale, its a 1.7, with a 1.4 (higher ratio) welded diff, bucket seat, stripped out interior, elec windows, lowering blocks on the back, i have some cut springs for the front you can have (not fitted) which i replaced with standard springs cos it was toooo low!
no mot or tax, i have not tried to take it for a test, but suspect it would pass without too much trouble.
the floorpan is very solid, i havnt noticed any rust apart from a bit on the front wings. theres one or two minor dents. paint work is ok.
i bought the car a while ago, with the intention of turning it into a track car, but the formula i wanted to race in have changed the rules to front wheel drive only!! it had a busted diff, and no drivers seat when i got it, so i put in a 1.4 gearbox with a welded diff, and fitted a cobra monaco bucket seat (driver only - normal seat for passanger), and ive used it for auto testing. the season is now finished so i dont need it anymore, and im running out of room for it!
its all up and running fine, the choke doesnt work/isnt connected (i havnt looked) so it takes minute or 2 to warm up.
perfect first drifter, 2 spare wheels, and i have plenty of drift rubber you can have for free if you want it.
it cant hang around for long, save it from the scrap yard!!
