940 turbo conversion

Post by cindral » 11 Nov 2012 08:09 pm

Hey guys,

Up for sale is the 940 turbo conversion that LI4MNP had in his 360.

It consists of:

Complete turbo 940 engine (so it comes with oil squirters)

Lh2.4 dog dish flywheel (bastard to get hold off)

Downpipe

Fmic and piping

Custom made wiring loom

740 turbo pressure plate

360 sump and mounts

Pretty much everything is there to get it working and loads of new parts!

Only selling as I am going in a completely opposite direction with my project!
After £300 collected from sk10

Looking for another 340 3dr and want to drop a f4r in there! Did the f7r a few years back and really liked the way it drove.

Yep it's the 2.3, bought this engine on a bit of an impulse buy along with a shit load other parts of LI4MNP.

She's ready to rock and LI4MNP has spared no expense on this conversion. Loads of new bits on the engine.

Are you certain the engine runs fine? What sort of miles were on it?

To my knowledge it's good to go. LI4MNP ran it in his project ok and said the engine was sweet. Unsure of mileage. Maybe he can shed some light on it may be worth asking him if you are interested.

Cheers!

That's fine, I can trust Liam. I really need to find somewhere to store the engine before I can think about buying this - I'll be in touch
