Cheers Al, good meeting you, and thanks for the leather, dead chuffed! Well worth the effort and the trip up on Sunday.
Ari and Ronnie, I have the gauges for you, so it'll probably be Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday now that I'll be able to get down the post office and get them costed for posting, I'm afraid I'm super busy with work at the moment!
Ronnie, do you use Paypal? If not, a cheque would be ok mate, and PM me your address when you get a chance!

Ah, nearly forgot, Ronnie, I'm assuming you'll need the wiring and plug to fit the sensor. I know that 360 GLT's after 1986 have the wiring in place and sat waiting under the air filter box, tied up in a bundle. It's pretty hard to see, but it is there, as your car is B, I'm guessing it won't be there, but you never know your luck, it could well be there somewhere. If not, there may be some wires under the dash, accessible from the drivers footwell. There doesn't seem to be any pattern to the Volvo wiring between models, years, or anything for the 300's, I think they made it up as they went along! So, each one is a bit different, I've yet to find what everyone else says 340's have, two spade connectors taped up under the dash to plug into. Anyway, back to the question, if you find that you need the wiring, I might have a spare one somewhere that I can send with the gauge. It's simple enough to wire in yourself, but at least that way you have the plug to make a nice neat connection to the sensor, which I also have for you from Al. If you can't find anything under the dash, try following the black wire on the extreme right end of the right hand (o/s) most plug of the pair on the back of the speedo unit. I think the other wire it uses is either brown or it could be stripey white and black, but the end one should be sufficient to see what, if any pre wiring there is.
