I'd say a dusy but oil free engine bay is the ideal. Looks too clean.

My thoughts exactly - a nice film of road dirt shows the car's been used and has no problems to hide... too clean is either a fastidious owner or a desperate attempt to cover up something nasty - it's hard to find out which on a quick test.
