Please message with me with any questions. She's a lovely car. As far as cost, I'd like something reasonable and i'm in no great rush to sell.

Cheers, she is lovely. Half of me wants to just keep it but I do so many motorway miles for work I needed something a bit more modern with ABS and airbags.

Wow.
That DOES look beautiful.

Any general ballpark idea of sensible asking price?

There seems to be a lot of people hunting at the moment, and a lot of people selling, but not much changing hands.

Maye an idea of what youre looking for would grease the wheels of commerce a little bit.

(im not looking to make an offer i may add, just articulating what i know everyone else is thinking.)

It does look nice. Do you have a price in mind? If I can get rid of a car I might be able have another one :D

Hey guys, It seems like you're after a ball park figure. I've seen pretty tidy standard models selling for around £600 and I know body kits go for quite a lot. Bearing in mind the full year of MOT and tax ending in July I'd be happy with £900.

In the last three years since I've had it she's had a new timing belt, back box and front near-side caliper. It also gets waxoyl every summer.

It's also got power steering from new and I put new shocks on the back a couple of years ago.

Welcome Giles,
The car looks an absolute honey, sort of how my GLT must have looked many years ago
As for value, can anyone remember how much 'HUG' went for? Does Jay own it now? That was much the same as this one, super clean and with loads of factory extras.
I fear 900 may be a bit high in the current climate. Some were selling for over £1k before the crunch, but values are way down and you can hardly give away a scruffy one. I'm expecting 300 prices to rise again later in the year so if you don't want to sell right away it might be worth hanging on for a while.
Just my two pence worth, I really think that's a gorgeous example.

Hello, You might be right about the price. It's hard to know where to place it really since they're not sold in enormus numbers. If there is a lack of interest I will drop the price. People are welcome to come in with offers. There's been some interest in the body kit alone but I'd rather sell them together.

You're very right, I wouldn't really know where to start the asking. The market will decide for you I suppose. If nobody stumps up the cash you could always wait a while, as values will be on the up in the long term. I'm not surprised people want just the bodykit, they are pretty rare!

Hello J340GLT. I'm not currently in a position to run two cars so I don't think a swap would suit me. Just out of curiosity though, what did you have in mind?

Sounds like a nice car. Unfortunately i've gone to the dark side and got myself an s40. I'm going to miss this forum when my 360 sells. It's got a good group of people.

no worries mate

I was just going to use your 360 instead of mine (identical to your 360) as yours has tax and MOT
