I was thinking using both sets... (the one on ebay doesn't have head rests on the back). But that would be very expensive on shipping

So that isn't a good plan

No headrests on the back is usually good as it means they're probably from a hatchback. And most people have hatchesvØlvØfreak wrote:I was thinking using both sets... (the one on ebay doesn't have head rests on the back). But that would be very expensive on shipping![]()

I solved the shipping problem at the time by combining a visit to the UK with a visit to Steve. This was the result

So that isn't a good planTo convert a saloon rear back you need to swap the backrest from a hatch over - but it's a fairly easy job.

But I have a saloon, a GLE, so I have allready headrests on the back..
I'll just wait for a nice set in the Netherlands

No, it was as hot as hell and the extra wind resistance pushed the coolant temp up quite a bitvolvosneverdie wrote:I hope it didnt rain Tom.

Ah, OK! Still, keep an eye on UK leather interiors. The passenger seat is particularly interesting for us LHD'ers ...vØlvØfreak wrote:But I have a saloon, a GLE, so I have allready headrests on the back..

Chris' pickup service is available, but I can't hold onto them for silly periods, my housemates hate 300 interiors...volvosneverdie wrote:Think id have them.

That would be like 100% super awesome.
Getting them off you may prove a sticking point though.
Think you could pass them to John if he gets to the postponed meet?
If itll ll fit in his blue meteor. which I doubt.
I know for sure im not gonna be through my test till april at the earliest.
If you could get em and pass em on to john tho, that would be crazygood.
i'll sort you out petrol/palaver money an all obviously dude.
now im getting exited.
Re: Leather seats - hatchback
