Thats the thing, because 340's use inserts you have to find a shorter insert, and none of use can find one shorter, and no one makes them. Avo qouted me £150 each insert to get some made 2inches shorter...

well the polos + volvos both run mcpherson strust dont they? (or however you spell it), anyone looked into the shocks for them? may not work well though due to the volvo weighing alot more

Do the polos use inserts, as in the damper comes out of the strut? or is the strut one piece?

Yup, we all thought the same, and the worse thing is, i had to drive it!! lol That white 340 is a clio drifter, welded diff, once bucket seat, r1 bike carbs on deep dish minilights, yano, the 'usual'
