Sad to hear of the impending sale mate, really bad news

. Wish someone could buy it off you and look after it for a while till you can buy it back. If I didn't already have a full volvo parking lot and a serious downturn work-wise I'd be up for it.

No that much money but way better than last place but just been down your area test driveing a mazda rx8 today and I've fallen in love with it lol, such a nice car to drive and 230bhp

so think im guna sell the zetec s to get that, then my lass is wanting rid of her fiesta in the summer as she never uses a car then and shes always loved mx5's so think i'll sell the volvo and we can get a cheap mx5 so she can use that for work and I'll get it for the tests, I suggested she could use the volvo but she wasnt to happy at that idea women these day eh lol

Be very careful with the RX8... my mate has a 230 one and it does 17mpg and seems to blow coilpacks for a living... it doesn't even *feel* that fast.

Love the look of the thing and the gearbox, but it's been proven for 40years rotary engines aren't good in mass produced cars

you could try the good old fashioned VND method Jeff.
Cheap train/coach ticket up, I pick you up at the station, lovely drive home. It'd drive to the moon no bother and ran from heathrow to Newcastle at 70/80 without so much as a grumble when I picked it up.

good news dude. Let us know.
Megabus is normally the cheapest.
9£ to London from Newcastle one way.
Where you coming from jeff? I work in public transport and might be able to square a decent price.

Hi would you still prefer to sell to someone on v3m or are you hoping to get more on ebay?
I`m very interested as I`ve been looking for a good rust free 360 for some years, to join my 344saloon & 360glt (both subject to some of the dreaded tin worm). More importantly I`ve got my wife`s approval (provided I get rid of something - don`t panic a Fiat Panda`s top of the disposal list), & I`ve got the cash!
I could make it to Newcastle next wed or thurs at around 9.30am but would need picking up & taking to the car. If you`re up for this please PM me - just one thing - how do I retrieve a PM? Cheers
