No, I know Adam its a forum shirt not an " individual " shirt
in fact I would tend to stick to one colour car take it or leave it .
Perhaps the red car on a white t shirt and/or the white car on a black shirt as they seem to stand out the best and the detail is clearer.
if people want individual shirts of there own car as well , they can get them from somewherae like www.tshirtdesign.co.uk who will put your photo and logo on a shirt for £8.99

I think it needs to be discussed with the people making them, but I think deciding on fewer colours would be better. I'd love to have my shirt with the dark blue of my car, but not sure that many others have it, so perhaps I'd have to go with the lighter blue.
That's a point, is the second down on the right ment to be the colour of SteveP's, as it looks too dark, or have you missed it?
On the subject of colours, the bumpers look too grey and faded.

I'm hoping second right is Kar.... Damn impressed Ali, now I've just got to suss out whether I believe in a single colour (and stick to what I said earlier about us all matching, lovely darling) or if I like the idea of a personalised shirt. Hmmm
If we go for single colour, and it's a white shirt, I'm with Mick, the red looks tight as.

I've just taken the colours straight out of the Volvo catalogue so they might not be spot on but I think they're close enough, as for the grey bumpers if i make them darken then its going to be harder to see the details, I can make them colour coded but that means making them colour coded for EVERYONE and a fair number of people don't have colour coded ones so it has to be a compromise, same with the number of doors its one or the other, the printer will just get p*ssed off with us otherwise lol,

If we're allowed two different front designs, can I suggest one side-view, and one three-projection one - to make more people happy? I'm more than happy with having a shirt with the 'wrong' coloured car on it.
