pair of complete front struts including strut bearing and inserts, if they will pass MOT they will do!
rear bumper from the 85' mines the wrong one
any of these have rear speakers?

Could do with an oil cap too, mines cracked (got run over after falling loose, tough oilcap!) and is held together with a screw.
Oh, and hot air duct pipe from airbox to manifold heatshield.

Think that's all, sod it, let me take the front hub/bearing off the right hand side too, somethings weirdly wrong with mine and I cant be bothered figuring it out, plus it's had a bump on that side and I cant be sure the hub is structurally ok. saves splitting it from the shocker too.

I'd pay a GOOD price for the front "suspension" complete - struts, hubs, bearings discs, track rod ends, the lot, if all MOTable.
it will fit in the ample boot it's just getting it off since its a biggish job and if you have the time. the front end of mine has a lot of faults, like to clear it up in one go. that would be super.

340pw - 60300miles, engine tip top, gearbox mysteriously repairing itself, had some great economy this week after bolting the airbox securely down too. lost my radio fascia, hmm...

They might still be about, was around the 20th April they were on. HERE (whack in postcode and the page is right). You might be lucky, some things don't shift, others fly out the door.

Thanks Mac!

CBA - I'm not sure if any of the cars have particularly useful struts. The 340 has one collapsed. I haven't looked in huge detail at the other two, but I can check them out. The struts will be the last things to be removed (if at all)...usually once the car is on the trailer on its way to the scrap yard.

Bah! Well let me know when the car stripping will commence... I might go for a B19 Renix flywheel too

I suspect that's the same as a B200 renix flywheel. I scrapped one on Saturday...but I do know where there's another.

Oh also a glovebox would be very useful... mine currently has a CD player in it but I think I'm gonna reinstate the original Volvo head unit

None of those cars have PAS, but I know where there's a car which does...which you can probably get PAS bits from...

Hi,

I'm interested in in the driveshafts and CVs from the 340. Are they still available, would need posting though as I'm a long way from you!

Cheers

Ben - I'll give you a clue...he's called John, and he's filthy.

Nick - now this might be a long-shot, but are you the same Nick who I emailed about some Solex carbs just over a year ago? I figure there can't be that many Nicks who are into Vitesses and are looking for 340 driveshafts! If so, I would be very interested in pursuing the arrangement we discussed before. I don't know why that didn't happen...I probably forgot to reply to an email somewhere along the line!

cheers
