just like to say you can tow a car without tax n test, just the car thats towing has to have them, also the trailer has to be in good working order.
if that is the case, explain banger racing, explain transporting race cars!

Think thats the difference between "towing" and "trailering" dude.
Its no good on a rope, so get in on a trailer.
When you mentioned "towing", you might have meant "trailer"?

Given the goodies on it, as long as it's not a total rot-box, the price seems fair enough as it is to me...just needs the right buyer.
