Early (Mk1/2 ?) Bumper Bar - gone

Post by Alex Laidlaw » 25 Apr 2011 04:17 pm

Now sold

Hi guys

I bought a bumper bar off ebay, it's a genuine new part. I think it will fit either Mk1 or Mk2 (maybe both?)

Doesn't fit my Mk3, looks similar but the Mk3 bar has greater curvature and different fitting points, same length and similar design, I'm fairly certain it is a 300 part.

I'd like what I paid for it, £20 posted.

Yes, potentially. I have a bent mk2 beam, and a NOS one would probably be easier than trying to straighten the one I have.

cheers

Mega bump!

3 years on and I'm still tripping over this in the garage, I could bring it to the BKV next weekend.

It's in danger of getting chopped up and used for the metal if nobody buys it soon, which would seem a waste for a genuine part that I assume is NLA.

£10 collected/taken to BKV or £20 posted
