B2300FT 2.3 Turbo Engine 110K - Perfect For Engine Swap!

For sale - one 2.3L B2300FT with approximately 110,000 miles. Purchased last year for an intended engine swap to my 2.0 360 GLT this engine has had all ancillaries torn off, the whole lot cleaned, polished and where applicable painted and laquered before reassembling with new hoses and clips where required. New gaskets all round, new oil filter, but I stopped short of pulling the head or removing any of the big internals. I had it on good authority that the engine ran fine before it was pulled from the '94 940 whence it came, and if it ain't broke...don't fix it!
I've got the full wiring loom, all the ECU's and quite frankly the only thing that stalled me was the lack of a proper workshop and crane. Sadly I've run out of time and resources, so both this and the car have to go. I'll quite happily make a deal for both in one sale, but I'm looking for £200 for the engine as is. I spent dozens of hours stripping, cleaning and refitting this thing so that it would look and run awesome in my car when done, so it should be pride of place under anyone's bonnet. It's the engine with the tougher conrods (11mm I believe) as I was planning on running higher boost when finished, so it should form the solid basis for any swap. Everthing's been screwed together with copper grease, so no more snapped studs!
Photos are from when I refitted the manifolds, all freshly painted, and then with everything else bolted back on. It goes without saying that it'll need trailering away, and it's heavy, so bring some mates if you're gonna lift it on your own. Cash on collection, PM me or 07910 289360 with any questions or offers.
