F7P engine + bits

I was going to do an F7P conversion on my 1.4, I then got fleeced by a dishonest crook (mark-n-claire) on ebay for the necessary 1.7 parts. He supplied me with some but not all the parts I asked for, then was trying to sell me the missing parts. So I've lost the drive to continue.
Renault F7P engine (Advertised as only having covered 72,000 miles)
Renault 19/Clio ECU (Siemens S101715101)
Renult Clio Ignition Unit
I don't know the true condition of any of these parts.
Should only need a loom and a few sensors.
£150
I have also got a few 1.7 parts.
Sump, Left hand front mount (bolts to the block), Bell housing and mounts (minus bearing carrier, clutch shaft and clutch fork), Coolant hoses...
£50

Thats crap dude. I've had problems with that seller before too. Tight as fook he is! Seemed like he didn't want to part with anything!
Its a shame to give up though, whats missing? Im sure you could source the bits somewhere else?

It's stupid things like the bearing casting and clutch shaft that bolts to the back of the bell housing, which from your conversion guide differs from the 1.4. I explicitly asked him for this before he shipped the parts. He also didn't ship the front mount that bolts to the sump, saying it's not his fault I don't know the difference between a bracket and a mount. Splitting hairs, what a tosser.
I stupidly gave him £150 for the 1.7 parts because I didn't want the hassle of buying and breaking a 1.7!
If there's no interest I might try a little harder to get the missing parts. The turbo isn't too bad for now.

Prick. £150 for everything is fair enough, but to shaft you by not giving you a few bits (big bits) is just tight. Tried paypal claims? Might be able to help. And whats he mean YOU don't know the difference between a mount and bracket. The slightest bit of common sense/knowledge would say "hmm engine bracket, maybe he means a mount". Pedantic, thats all it is.
I'd stick with it lad. You've got most of the bits. Things take time. It'll feel even better when you've done it!

Completely harsh with the eBay seller - well mentioned so that others can avoid in future! Also possibly interested in the conversion bits, umming and ahhing over a 340 around the corner from me at the moment

You've posted that on here, because you need us to do the predictable things and utter these words:
Do it.
