Hello,

For sale is my beloved 340. I bought her about a year and a half ago and now she has to go :(
I have put alot of time and effort into this car and have tried not to skimp on anything. It's been my daily driver since November last year. It's loud, it's low, and it turns head everywhere.

It's on coilovers on the front and blocks at the rear, it sits nicely on wide Weller steelies and honestly i think the only 340 I've seen as low is Nikdev's.
It is a bumpy ride make no mistake, but it's surprised a few people at how it handles.

Under the bonnet is the standard 1.4 engine, only mod is a K&N filter. It starts first time every time and has never let me down. It's had regular oil changes, aswell as oil and fuel filter changes.

It's got a Longlife straight through exhaust which gives a lovely soundtrack to any journey.

Inside its stripped out but carpeted to reduce noise, it has Recaro reclining bucket seats, original mats and a sticker bombed gear stick surround.

The body work is in pretty good condition with a few tiny rust spots on the drivers door. The sills are solid and the underneath is sound. You wouldn't know it is 23 years old.
It gets washed, clayed and waxed regularly and is well looked after.

Bad points : Tracking needs doing, is pulling to the left.
Creaking noise coming from coilovers - small knarls on the top cups which cause spring to catch at low speed - does not effect how it drives.
Handbrake light has a mind of its own.
Some small rust spots.

This little Volvo is an ideal project car to upgrade the engine or just have fun in. I've spent well over £2000 on it and it really stands out from alot of other 340's. It drifts well in the wet and has been to a few drift days at Oulton park. It's not terribly fast but it's just so so fun to drive! Overall in great condition for it's age.

That is bloody low, I'd agree one of the lowest I've seen. Great spec, nice to see a proper build! Overall looks spot on in my opinion. Good luck with the sale.

F me that's perfect!! That's spot on, one of the nicest 300 I've ever seen, shame you havnt been on the forum till now.
Last pic is brill, showing what the little 1.4's can do, mines loving the wet weather.
GLWS white 3 doors are always nice even better when they look like this.

Looks great mate!Not bad for a pugly V 300 eh! 8)

There will be at least three this low shortly. :D Mine has extended strut towers now, and I plan to run about a 3.5" drop on 13's. What width wheels and size tyres are you running?

Have you raised the strut towers too btw?

Ah sweet man, I'll follow your thread!
No mines not got extended towers, don't need them tbh, with the coilovers maxed out the tyre is touching the top of the inside arch!
They're 13" x 7" on 175/50's

Hi, would you be interested in swapping it for my golf VR6. On coilovers, Vento front, mystic blue, good condition?!
Cheers, Max

Cheers Max, unfortunately I've already replaced it with a van so I'm only interested in cash sorry.
It does sound lovely though!
