Breaking 2x 360GLTs in Aus

Located in Tasmania, Australia - Getting rid of my 360GLTs. Both 1984 5 speed manuals with B19Es. Red one has front end damage and green one had water in the tank, so touchy fuel components are most likely shot.

Price is $400 the lot as is/where is or if anyone wants parts, let me know and they will be broken down. Most parts are available. Not asking anything stupid in the way of prices, so make me an offer on anything.

More pics can be found here - http://www.darcher.com.au/media/index.p ... s-Breaking

Also have another red one, 1984 5 speed B19E which is registered and was my daily drive until I got my new car. Asking $1,200 for that as is - currently has one month rego and rear left wheel bearing gone. Should get a chance to fix the bearing in the few weeks though. Pics and more details to come on that.

I'm sure there are some people in the UK who wouldn't mind having a few A/C parts :-)

Cheers

I'll attach a few helium balloons and wait for the right wind. Should get them there pretty cheap

And as for AC parts, what are people after?

Which centre console do you have, AC switch by the ashtray or push button snowflake by the fan controls? I'd be interested in the heater control snowflake style, but just the interior controls, nothing engine bay side.

Would there be more of market for the cars in the uk? not trying to sound too far fetched but how much would it be to put them in a container, lots of useful parts...?

That's why he's pasting and advertising on a mainly UK forum, plus he may not have anyone over there to part or him. good thought though.

I can't imagine it being worthwhile posting things like Leos from Aus to the UK. But A/C specific parts are hard to get. It might well be worthwhile saving the A/C compressor bracket (not the compressor, too heavy to post and there are still new ones around which will fit) the evaporator (in the black heater box, will only fit RHD cars) and the A/C switch. It may not be the "snowflake type" but you can ditch the clock or the ciggy lighter to fit it.

Cheers

Any early dash nutters will be happy it's not a snowflake!

To confirm they are now going to be parted out. I'm getting quite a bit of a response regarding bits - so this weekend I'll spend taking off what people are after and a bit more.

Rear springs, tail lights and a few engine parts are sold or pending sale. As for the rest, I've got enough room behind my shed to store parts for now. Just trying to make room so I can fit a Volvo 850 wagon in my backyard...... May have purchased an 850R a month ago that needs some bits :D Or perhaps I should just convert my backyard into a Volvo wreckers. Few and far between down here that's for sure.

And I've just worked out what Leos are. Being the alloys, correct? I do have 10 of those.... I can get a quote to the UK or NZ if people want.....

LOL. so I'm not the only one with 2 360's and an 850R! go figure! but yea there's definitely more money in parts. and for the love of god do not buy an R that needs work. I have just spent 1200 nzd on mine and it's still not fixed. But anyways i may be after some parts too. will keep in touch.

Nothing wrong with an 850R that needs work. It was cheap with low kms. Which is why I got it :D I spent a few weekends with it fixing it all up, I think its cost me a few hundred dollars thus far and running well enough to be my new daily. All that needs doing now is finish ABS gremlins, new bypass valve and replacing the rear bumper and tailgate and she'll be a right weapon once more!

Anyways, removing bits tomorrow for peoples. Anyone want anything in particular? Engine mounts? Engine parts? Interior bits? What about a gearbox or two? :D

What do you want for the engine mounts? and can you guarantee they are good?

$50 pair plus shipping. And can't really guarantee they are good. They measure shorter than the ones on my other car - pulled from the red one which has 150,000km on it. Unless you've got any way for me to test them off the car, best I can do is get some pictures up and do a proper measurement.
