Born Built Beauties has just released the petrol filler hose for the 340 diesel (all years) and for the 360 (B200) built after 1986 (after ch 216375 to be exact).
The hose can also be used on earlier redblocks but only if the metal section between the two filler hoses is changed for the later plastic version.
The hoses can be found on the Born Built Beauties website (http://www.Born-Built-Beauties.eu).

Must have a look at mine, I may be interested. Don't you need 2 per car?

The metal ones are dangerous, they rust through leading to petrol on your shoes during filling ups. If you have a pre-86 360 you should try and source the plastic version.

Aye, two per car as per parts book, one at either end.

Nowt dangerous with a bit of unrusty metal though. You could say the same about a metal petrol tank rusting. I remember Mk1 VW Glofs used to be good at rusting the top of the filler pipes with all the mud and rubbish that used to accumulated round them situated inside the wheel arch.

Not something I shall worry myself with, having a diesel 8)

Petrol tanks are painted, but yes do become a problem eventually. The pipe rusts very quickly.
