This might be of use to someone on here.
Fully stripped down and cleaned then blown out with compressed air, rebuilt with new gaskets, seals, diaphragms etc. It is jetted for my 1.3 Golf, it has covered less than 100 miles since the rebuild.

Hi all.
I remember back in the late 90s, i bought a mk1 golf for a 100 quid and sold it a year latter for 160 quid
Just my luck that a couple of years latter the value of them sky rocketed
The darn thing would be worth ten times as much as i sold it for

There is one on ebay for 22.5k atm I almost bought a 1300 mk1 Citi when I got my mk2 but the mk1 was silver at the front and turquoise from the A pillar back and I didn't fancy paying for a respray!MCHUDD wrote:Hi all.

@Macplaxton who knows maybe there is but carbs aren't specific to cars so I'm advertising it on here because I know many people on here don't own just Volvos. I simply stated it was from the Golf as it will fit most small block VAG engines without rejetting and if people want it for different cars with bigger engines then it will need to be rejetted.
