Finally thinking of letting the 340 go free and back on the road with a new owner
I'm never going to get her out on the road. Need something boring unfortunately.Volvo 340 1.7 Limited Edition (on of the 300 in 1988) Metallic Grey.

Electric windows, mirrors etc. Interior is all original, like new.
FSH, 1 owner before me.
55ish K on the clock. In storage so not with the car at the moment.
Was garaged for 11 years before my ownership so very clean. Cambelt was done, serviced. Door handle seals done and a few cosmetic bits done also - courtesy of Mac here.
Engine bay spotlessly clean. Original spare in place.
Lovingly cared for in my ownership, never had any major problems - much more reliable than the VW's!!
Carb sorted before storage etc.
Known issues - water pump leaking.
Slight clutch slip. Only on hillstarts from memory.
Wing / bonnet need lining up.
Been in dry storage for 2/3 years so may need some recommissioning / further work.
All standard, no major rust issues, few scratches.
No MOT
Price - Not a clue, would rather meet with a GENUINELY interested person and go through everything. All original and low mileage. Be a shame to break her, like a real shame!
