The doors are actually rusty; the driverside door has a large spot just under the bumpstrip, the LH rear door has rust just under the window, as does the passenger front door, and the RH rear door has a lot of dents in it, caused by a pile of winter wheels falling into it (and rust near the bottom).
The valence hs been eaten just under the hole for the fog light.
So basically normal wear and tear. But if I want to lift the condition of the car to a higher level these will need to be changed.

Indeed, but I will need to find the parts if the car is to stay roadworthy for a reasonable price.
