If it really has it , could be a cheap way to get power assisted steering

emailed the guy re P.A.S. and got this reply

Hi Mike
I bought the car for my boy to learn to drive, and a criterea was easy steering! it seems to be the case,I did ring my mechanic for an answer,as nothing appears on the log,and he seemed to think so ! thanks for your interest

That is not too expensive.
I payed that for a ready to build PAS kit.

I'm nearly tempted for Fake... have been threatened though, something along the lines of flatbed and fitting three volvos on it :(
