Go look at it, looks a genuine car to me - they have atleast one other Volvo too other than the 360.

Low mileage, low owners, and if that is the only piece of rust then its well worth it! Plus that colour...

Looks good to me, and I like the colour. As Steve says, if that's the only rust, then get onto rust prevention, waxoyl/dinitrol etc and you've got a nice car.

As for the ill health, I'm pretty sure they mean the owner not the car, so they were unable to take the car for the MOT, so it lapsed.

Ill health? A 360? Seriously, when was the last time we heard of one breaking mechanically (temporarily ignoring Bolf's transmission episode).
