Selling on behalf of my other half.
Volvo 360 GLT 2.0L G Reg. Been told this is a rare model. Red. Excellent Body condition. Last used a month ago. Excellent runner other than when it mysterisously engine stops. Car starts starts up again everytime. This happens very rarely. Should be a simply fix for a mechanic. New battery. Almost new Perreli tires. Full service history, including two haynes manuals. Photos can supplied. Any offers. Please email if interested.

You're right - this definitely is a rare model, good luck with the sale. I'm sure it wont take long for a 3 door GLT!

I'll bet Micks Redline this turns out to be a 4/5 door ! Last 3 dr GLT's I've seen was on an 'E' !
Any further bets ?
TTFN,
John.
N.B. We do need some pics to settle it !!

No - I agree - to have a 3 door so late would be strange, E reg is also the latest I've seen them too!
We shall see - could be one thats sat unregistered for a couple of years when new? Who knows...

I'd say it's possible. What year would G reg be? J reg is 1991 right? 360's were also sold till 1990 although produced till 1989.

G is Aug89/Aug90, H Aug90/Aug91, and J Aug91/Aug92
I've never seen a 3 door 360 on a G plate before, but have seen lots of 3 door 340s on H plates. I'm guessing they wouldn't have stopped the 3 dr 360 would they? Seems a tad silly

Nope, now John's mentioned it I'm pretty sure they stopped the 3 door 360 in late 1987/88

I can asure you its a 3 door. I'll get some pictures of it when I finish work. Expect them to be here by tomorrow afternoon. I may be wrong about the reg as Im advertising this on behalf of my girlfriend. Very sorry about the confusion. Its a C reg not G.

3/4 and 5 doors were all made till 1989. So they stopped the 360 in the end of 1989, but were still sold in 1990.

I was thinking of the Mk.2 on eBay, but this may be more up my street as it has an MOT... especially if it's a Mk.2 (I suspect not

) - I'll wait for the pictures and see.
EDIT - if it is a Mk.2 (see below) then I'm definitely interested

The easy way to settle if it's a Mk2 or not is to ask the obvious question.
Are the indicator repeaters on the wing or in the front bumper?
