Just to let you know I put a bit on prior to reading your post ...not getting into a bidding situation and I won't be around at the weekend in any case It does look like a good car and the man seems very honest with the description.

No worries Ian. The "gentleman's agreement" is a tricky one, as who's to say even members of this forums have seen the post, recognise the eBay ID, etc. It's more to save the 'usual suspects' money, as if a set of 20" chrome rims in 360 fitment came up, I'd hate for me to bid Steve up too much...
