Mick, my first question has to be why are you selling it mate? Not leaving the Volvo family all together are we, or have you stumbled across a mint 300 somewhere!?

I've lost count.........we have no more room after today anyway, we had to arrange the cars in the order they'll be leaving in the morning tonight, otherwise there'll be chaos at 3:50 am in the morning when I try to leave and find I'm blocked in.
Seriously though Mick, if it's space that's an issue, I may........ only may be able to help you out, running costs are minimal for you aren't they, or they could be? In all honesty, once you've got a good 300, firstly that's rust free, secondly that you know and have got the niggly things sorted on and mechanically sorted out by knowing what has and hasn't been done and when, it's worth hanging onto! Otherwise, when you realise what a massive mistake you've made by getting rid of it, when you come to get another, it'll be back to square one, unless you enjoy that part of motoring, finding out what parts need replacing, in the dark, on the side of the road late at night and which niggly problems exist with your newest purchase.
Think twice mate before you make that final decision.

I would love to keep the redline Pete (and to be honest may well do in the end) but its not only the space its the finances as well , the bimmer is more practical now the old man is living with us , three growing kids a pensioner (no not me ) and a wheelchair is a bit of a squeeze in the 300, I have been offered it for a very good price and have known the car for five years, ( the owner is my valeter so you can only begin to imagine its condition )

Oh well, maybe you can let us know if BMWs have indicators. Never seen one with them in action...

Yeah, with you on the indicators Gavin! I was trying to find a funny BMW indicators joke in the form of a JPEG the other night, but couldn't find it! Well Mick, lets hope it doesn't sell for the right reason, you know it makes sense. What's one more motor? It wouldn't be the same without you being a 300 owner.
