Gauge panel

Post by Carl » 16 Jun 2006 07:59 am

Recently acquired this off Mac, but have now managed to get hold of a brand new one. It's used and not in perfect condition as it has a couple of cracks, but nothing major - would barely be noticeable once it's on the car with gauges in it.

Comes with the fittings and instructions.

Will get some pics later when I can find some batteries for my camera.

Just want back what I paid for it, which I think was £15. Steve has first dibs, although Chris is going to borrow it first to try and make some replicas meaning more may be available soon!

Cheers Mac, ah looks fine to me - I'll definitely have it after Chris has finished with it.

Mac's beaten me to it.

I've just had a proper look at it, and it's seems to have got a little battered in Royal Mails hands  There's now a hairline crack that goes all the way along the top, and a small one next to the switch holes. Not very happy about that!!

It's not really noticeable, and I guess you could strengthen it on the back to make sure it doesnt get any worse. Still perfectly useable though, but in light of that, how does a tenner sound?

Bugger :( That is an arse... I can't really say no to a tenner though, especially now I've bought the oil temp gauge off mac!

Flippin' Royal Mail, amongst other things they must hate Volvo 300 gauge panels, as Mick had one go missing in the post, this one has been broken. Good work in the hunt for panels Carl!
