The owner is going to have it scrapped soon.

Ignore the style, that can be put back. Ignore the suggestion of abuse, the car CAN take it and much more.
Please someone...there are plenty of rusty wrecks out there, but this is one of very few (reportedly) rust-free cars left. I'm sorely tempted to buy it myself. It's located near Lancaster.
