Hi,

just viewed the following car: http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C25301

Described as in good condition body wise, turned out to be pretty much completely rotten. Outer cills gone, as were some door bottoms and two wings. Mechanically it'd probably be good for spares, as the owner worked for Volvo so it has been serviced properly - the guy intends on scrapping it this week, so if anybody wants it contact him ASAP.

Looked nice driving up to it as well! I didn't even bother to look inside it, not once I'd found out that the cills were rotten for their entire length on both sides. One of the jacking points was AOL as well - somebody had used the chassis, so that was bent. Pity, as she only wanted £130 for it as spares - but I've nowhere to strip it down. Car will be scrapped this week as the garage space is going this month.
